Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Free return shipping is provided. There are no restocking fees.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To start a return, please email us at shoesstore1@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
